I paid 159 dollar for naxlex and every time I try to log in it says my password is wrong or when I try to reset my password it says my email is not in the system

Issues with payment
Ive been trying everyday to make a purchase and I am having issues to make a payment and login into the Naxlex app.
I’m not able to subscribe
Because Im not able to subscribe and I cant ahold of a live person and it would be nice to sign up with no issues at all but Im not the only one there are other people who have issues as well.
